ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Following receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail is sent to you to enable you to check the details of your order. Please check this document very carefully. If you discover any discrepancies in your order please notify us by e-mail within 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies that have not been notified to us.
STOCK DELIVERY
Goods purchased by Credit or Debit Card can normally be dispatched within 2 working days. Goods purchased by cheque are normally dispatched after the cheque is cleared; usually the goods are dispatched within 4-5 working days. Stoolsandchairs.co.uk can deliver to most UK mainland addresses. Saturday delivery is available in most areas by prior arrangement. There will normally be an additional charge of £20 per item for Saturday delivery.
DATE OF DELIVERY
Following receipt of payment for the goods, we will contact you by telephone or send you an e-mail with the date your order is scheduled to be delivered. The goods will be delivered to you on the day specified unless you advise us by return e-mail that this delivery date is not acceptable to you.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERED GOODS
Our carriers will require a signature from you to confirm that you have received the goods in good condition. Please check that the goods have not been damaged in transit before you sign for the delivery. Please do not sign for the delivery as "unchecked", "unexamined" or similar as once you have signed for the goods our carriers may waive our claim for damage in transit. If the goods have been damaged in transit please reject the delivery and send us an e-mail within 24 hours stating your reason for rejecting the goods. We will send you replacements products as soon as possible after the damaged goods have been returned to us.
