Prices shown on the stoolsandchairs.co.uk website include VAT. Weekday delivery to most UK mainland addresses is included in our prices. Saturday delivery to most UK mainland addresses is available for an additional charge. Please contact us if you would like more information about our prices and delivery times.

Cheques should be made payable to STOOLSANDCHAIRS.CO.UK All payments must be made in pounds sterling (GBP) We reserve the right to refuse any Credit Card, Debit Card or Cheque payment. Goods will not be dispatched before we have received full payment for the goods. Title to the goods will not pass until we have received full payment for the goods.
STOCK DELIVERY
Goods purchased by Credit or Debit Card can normally be dispatched within 2 working days. Goods purchased by cheque are normally dispatched after the cheque is cleared; usually the goods are dispatched within 4-5 working days. Stoolsandchairs.co.uk can deliver to most UK mainland addresses. Saturday delivery is available in most areas by prior arrangement. There will normally be an additional charge of £20 per item for Saturday delivery.
DATE OF DELIVERY
Following receipt of payment for the goods, we will contact you by telephone to confirm the date your order is scheduled to be delivered. The goods will be delivered to you on the day specified unless you advise us that this delivery date is not acceptable to you.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERED GOODS
All our deliveries are made by carriers who require a signature from you to confirm that you have received the goods in good condition. Please check that the goods are not damaged before you sign for the delivery. If the goods are damaged in transit please reject the delivery and send us an e-mail within 24 hours stating your reason for rejecting the goods. We will send you replacements products as soon as possible after the damaged goods have been returned to us. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you require more information about the acceptance of goods.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders for stock products may be cancelled with our written consent at any time prior to the dispatch of the goods. The Distance Selling Regulations also permit a customer to cancel an order for our stock goods within seven working days after receiving the goods. If a customer wishes to cancel an order the customer will be responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse unused, and in perfect, saleable condition, at the customer·s expense. The goods must be returned to our warehouse in the original packaging within 10 working days. A full refund of the cost of the goods will be made when it has been confirmed that the goods have been returned to us in an acceptable condition. Orders for non-stocked products cannot normally be cancelled. The company reserves the right to recover any losses which may result from orders being cancelled without our written agreement.
EUROPEAN HOLIDAYS
Almost all of our products are made by leading European manufacturers, who close for approximately three weeks in August, and for two weeks over Christmas. If you wish to place an order for any special or non-stocked products during either holiday period you should add approximately four weeks to the normal delivery time.
GUARANTEES
Product faults or defects attributable to the manufacturer, Calligaris S.p.a. will be dealt with in accordance with International and European Consumer legislation.
